Automatic Oil Quenching heat treatment Production Line

1. The air quenching, spray quenching, and oil quenching energy-saving heat treatment production line are designed and produced by our company. In accordance with the common quenching heat treatment technology for high-chromium product, the procedures of the production line are set to achieve the working pattern of automatically charging and discharging and continuous operation, so as to sharply improve production efficiency and save energy consumption and achieve the optimal economic benefits (water consumption of each ton product ﹤320kw/h, oil consumption of each ton product ﹤2.5kg). Compared with bogie-hearth high chrome ball quenching, it can save electricity as high as 25--40％. 

2. With better quenching effect, stable product quality is ensured; with fast discharging action, the quenching quality of balls and segments can be guaranteed (Rockwell hardness can reach to HRC≥58-66°) when air (spray) and oil quenching are carried out.

3. The production is adjustable according to the output.

Equipped with the automatic closed-circuit circulating control system, TGL- series of pusher full-fiber automatic heat treatment production line is highly automate and easy to be operated. Depending on demands, there is automatically operating pattern and manually operating pattern to be selected. The specifications of the product series include TGL-280, TGL-320, TGL-340, TGL-420, etc.
