XN-TF series multi-station single specification sand coated casting production line is designed as a flexible open linear layout and manufactured in strict accordance with the forming process principle of wear-resistant casting ball and segment products. A new casting production line is introduced, which uses the technology of sand covering with multi-combination iron mold and the heat curing characteristics of resin sand to inject and press the mold into the metal model to complete the sand covering molding on the mold cavity wall and realize the cold solidification molding of liquid metal in the iron mold. Multi-station core shooter core covering sand (upper and lower die are operated in one station at the same time). Compared with the existing equipment technology, it can directly reduce the labor force, reduce the standard general wearing parts of the whole line, and make the maintenance convenient and operation cost low. 

Key Features:
●Grinding ball making machine adopts sand coated in metal mold type technology, which is widely used to produce high chrome cast grinding ball. This grinding ball making machine needs 76 pairs mold. The grinding ball mold is from size 40mm-150mm. The mold size is depends upon the model of production line and the client's requirements. Control mode is automatic PLC& intelligent remote service. Need only four workers for operating the whole production line.

●The whole line drives by hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric. Two main control cabinets and five sub-control panels control the whole line. In the two control boxes, equipped with PLC automatic control and visual screen. Operators can monitor the whole production process through the screen. When there is any problem, it can automatically alarm. All control box has an emergency stop button.

●It also has the ability of remote maintenance & diagnose remote failure functions.
